The Customer has a right of withdrawal which he/she can exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within a period of 7 working days from the day of receipt of the ordered items.
The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the above time limit, by e-mail. Shipping costs related to the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the Customer. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned intact, in their original packaging in perfect condition and by prior agreement with MAMI SRL.
Goods must be returned by insured parcel Free Port; no parcel shipped COD or freight collect will be picked up by MAMI SRL.
To ensure the best service, MAMI SRL uses the service of major express couriers for timely pickup and return to stock of returned items.
Reimbursement of the invoiced price of the returned items, will be made by crediting the Customer’s bank account within 7 days of receipt of the return, less the return fees.
Items returned incomplete, wasted, damaged, or soiled due to Customer’s fault will not be refunded and will not, under any circumstances, result in a credit equal to the price of the item originally ordered.
Items with personalization cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Should the return be due to an error on the part of MAMI SRL, shipping costs will be borne by the seller; in all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
